Step 1: Take the AI Maturity Assessment (5 minutes)

  1. Go to TruthVouch AI Advisor (or click “Take Assessment” after signing up)
  2. Answer 25 quick questions about your AI practices (5 minutes, no credit card)
  3. Get your instant score with:
    • Your maturity level (0-100)
    • Industry benchmark (how you compare to peers)
    • Top 3 gaps
    • Recommended next steps
    • Implementation roadmap

Why this matters: This score becomes your baseline. You’ll use it to measure progress and justify investments to your board. It’s also exactly what auditors will want to see during diligence.

Step 2: See What AI Says About You (2 minutes)

Sign up for TruthVouch and log into your dashboard to see your brand reputation across all major AI engines.

  1. Go to app.truthvouch.ai and sign up with your work email
  2. Skip the onboarding wizard for now (you’ll return to it, but let’s get visibility first)
  3. You’ll land on your Health Dashboard showing:
    • Your overall Brand Trust Score (0-100)
    • Top hallucinations detected in the last 24 hours
    • Trend (is accuracy improving or worsening?)
    • Which AI engines mention your company
    • Comparison to competitors

This gives you instant visibility into what ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude are saying about you — right now.

Step 3: Set Up Smart Alerts (2 minutes)

You want to know about critical issues immediately — especially if an AI engine says something that could impact fundraising or investor confidence.

  1. From the dashboard, click Settings → Notifications
  2. Enable Critical alerts and set the channel:
    • Email to your work inbox (default)
    • SMS to your phone (text alert for critical issues)
    • Slack (post to a private channel)
  3. Set Critical severity threshold to:
    • “Funding status” (If AI says you shut down, closed, or failed funding)
    • “Leadership changes” (If AI incorrectly reports CEO/founder changes)
    • “Company status changes” (Acquired, renamed, relocated)
    • “Major product claims” (Revenue size, customer count, performance claims)

Now you’ll be notified within minutes of a critical hallucination — before a customer sees it, before an investor Googles you, before a reporter fact-checks your claims.

Step 4: Delegate to Your Team (1 minute)

You don’t need to fix these issues — your team does. Invite the people who should own AI governance.

  1. From the dashboard, click Settings → Team

  3. Each team member gets an email invite and can log in immediately

Your team will configure the detailed Truth Nuggets and monitor day-to-day. You just get the critical alerts.

Step 5: Schedule Weekly Reviews (30 seconds)

Once per week, spend 5 minutes on your TruthVouch dashboard to stay informed.

  1. Set a calendar reminder for Monday 8:00 AM titled “AI Governance Weekly”
  2. When the reminder fires, open your TruthVouch dashboard and review:
    • Any new Critical or High alerts
    • Brand Trust Score trend (up or down?)
    • Actions taken by your team

That’s it. You’re now governing your AI reputation without being the bottleneck.
