Assess Your AI Maturity
How mature is your organization’s AI governance? Are you leading your industry or scrambling to catch up? Take a free 5-minute assessment to understand your readiness across 6 dimensions, benchmark against peers, and get a personalized implementation roadmap.
Overview
The AI Advisor assessment measures your readiness across:
- Strategy: Do you have an AI strategy aligned with business goals?
- Data: Do you have quality data infrastructure for AI?
- Technology: Do you have the right AI tools and platforms?
- Talent: Do you have AI-skilled people and roles?
- Governance: Do you have policies and controls for AI?
- Ethics: Do you have ethical AI practices and values?
Your organization gets a Maturity Score (0-100) in each dimension, plus an Overall Readiness Score and comparison to your industry peers.
Prerequisites
No prerequisites — the assessment is free, takes 5 minutes, requires no credit card.
Step 1: Start the Assessment
- Go to app.truthvouch.ai/assessment
- Or from any TruthVouch dashboard, click Advisor → New Assessment
- You’ll see 25 questions across 6 dimensions (roughly 4 questions per dimension)
- Click Start Assessment
Step 2: Answer the Questions
You’ll be asked 25 questions like:
Strategy Dimension
- “Do you have a documented AI strategy?”
- “Is AI strategy aligned with business goals?”
- “Do you communicate AI plans to your board?”
- “Do you measure ROI on AI investments?”
Data Dimension
- “Do you have a centralized data warehouse?”
- “Do you track data quality metrics?”
- “Can you quickly find and access historical data?”
- “Do you have a data governance policy?”
Technology Dimension
- “Do you use modern AI platforms (cloud ML, LLM APIs)?”
- “Can you quickly deploy AI models to production?”
- “Do you monitor AI model performance?”
- “Do you have testing infrastructure for AI systems?”
Talent Dimension
- “Do you have dedicated AI/ML roles?”
- “Are your AI teams trained on best practices?”

Governance Dimension
- “Do you have an AI governance policy?”
- “Do you monitor AI for regulatory compliance?”
- “Do you have an approval process for new AI systems?”
- “Do you have incident response for AI failures?”
Ethics Dimension
- “Do you assess AI models for bias?”
- “Can you explain AI decisions to users?”
- “Do you have ethical guidelines for AI?”
- “Do you communicate openly about AI risks?”
Answering tips:
- Be honest — this is for your benefit, not a test
- “Partial” answers are options (not just Yes/No)
- Think organizationally, not team-level (unless your team is your whole org)
- Consider what’s actually implemented, not what’s planned
Estimated time: 5 minutes
Step 3: Review Your Results
After submitting, you’ll instantly see:
Overall Readiness Score
- Your score: 0-100 (example: 62/100)
- Industry benchmark: How you compare to peers (example: “62nd percentile for SaaS”)
- Peer comparison: Similar companies’ average (example: “Avg for mid-market SaaS: 58/100”)
- Readiness level: Nascent (0-20), Emerging (21-40), Developing (41-60), Mature (61-80), Leading (81-100)
Dimensional Breakdown
For each dimension, you’ll see:
- Your score (0-100)
- Industry percentile
- Strengths (questions you scored high on)
- Gaps (questions you scored low on)
Example results:
Strategy: 75/100 (78th percentile) Strengths: AI strategy documented and aligned Gaps: Need better ROI measurement and board reporting
Data: 52/100 (45th percentile) Strengths: You have data access Gaps: Data quality metrics missing, governance policy weak
Technology: 68/100 (62nd percentile) Strengths: Cloud ML platforms in use, CI/CD pipeline exists Gaps: Model monitoring needs improvement
Talent: 45/100 (30th percentile) Strengths: Engineers have some AI training access Gaps: No dedicated ML roles, high turnover
Governance: 38/100 (25th percentile) Strengths: You're thinking about governance Gaps: No formal policy, no incident response process
Ethics: 55/100 (48th percentile) Strengths: You care about ethics Gaps: No bias testing, limited explainabilityActionable Recommendations
