Competitor Strengths
The narratives and claims where they outpace you:
- "Innovative approach" (prevalent in 90% of engines vs. your 75%)- "Affordable pricing" (mentioned in 100% of engines, you rarely mentioned)- "Fastest deployment" (60% of engines mention this about them, 0% about you)Strategic response:
- Develop counter-narratives (“Enterprise-grade, not commodity”)
- Create cost/value comparison content
- Benchmark your actual deployment time vs. theirs
Competitor Weaknesses
Gaps in their AI representation:
- "Enterprise compliance" (only 40% of engines mention this, you're at 90%)- "24/7 support" (not mentioned in any AI responses)- "SOC 2 compliance" (mentioned rarely, you emphasize this)Opportunity: Emphasize these gaps in your content.
