Jira & ServiceNow Integration

Auto-create remediation tasks in Jira or ServiceNow from compliance gaps. Updates sync bidirectionally.

Setup

  1. Settings → Integrations → Jira or ServiceNow
  2. Authenticate
  3. Select default project/queue
  4. Configure field mapping (priority, assignee, labels)
  5. Enable sync

Creating Tasks

  1. Run compliance scan
  2. View Results → Create Tasks
  3. Select gaps to create tasks for
  4. Compliance AI creates tasks with:
    • Description of remediation needed
    • Assignee (recommended owner)
    • Due date (based on severity)
    • Link back to compliance gap

Syncing Updates

  • Tasks updated in Jira/ServiceNow sync to Compliance AI
  • Compliance AI updates sync to tickets
  • Status changes reflected in both systems
