What to Show in Trust Center

- Certifications (ISO 42001, SOC 2, etc.)
- Key framework scores (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 42001)
- Last audit date

- Data encryption (how we protect data)
- Access controls (who can see customer data)
- Incident response (what happens if breach)
- Privacy policy and DPA availability

Audit Reports
- SOC 2 Type II reports (if available, redacted)
- ISO certification (if publicly available)
- Penetration testing results (summary)

- Model card summaries (high-level)
- Fairness commitment
- Bias testing results

How to Set Up
- Go to Trust Center > Setup
- Choose:
- Custom domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com) — see Custom Domain
- Branding (logo, colors) — see Branding
- Select what to publish (see “What to Show” above)
- Add custom pages (certifications, security practices, etc.)
- Click Publish
Your Trust Center goes live at chosen domain.
Best Practices
- Update quarterly — Refresh compliance scores, audit status
- Be transparent — Show real scores, not inflated
- Provide proof — Link to actual certifications, reports
- Make it searchable — Use keywords customers look for (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO, etc.)
- Enable feedback — Add contact form for customer questions
