Setting Up Your Trust Center

Your Trust Center is a customer-facing website showing compliance status, certifications, security practices, and audit reports. Use it to build customer confidence and differentiate in sales.

What to Show in Trust Center

  1. Compliance Status

    • Certifications (ISO 42001, SOC 2, etc.)
    • Key framework scores (EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO 42001)
    • Last audit date
  2. Security & Privacy

    • Data encryption (how we protect data)
    • Access controls (who can see customer data)
    • Incident response (what happens if breach)
    • Privacy policy and DPA availability
  3. Audit Reports

    • SOC 2 Type II reports (if available, redacted)
    • ISO certification (if publicly available)
    • Penetration testing results (summary)
  4. Responsible AI

    • Model card summaries (high-level)
    • Fairness commitment
    • Bias testing results
    • Human oversight (how we prevent harm)
  5. Contact Info

    • DPO contact (if applicable)
    • Security contact
    • Support contact for Trust Center questions

How to Set Up

  1. Go to Trust Center > Setup
  2. Choose:
    • Custom domain (e.g., trust.yourcompany.com) — see Custom Domain
    • Branding (logo, colors) — see Branding
  3. Select what to publish (see “What to Show” above)
  4. Add custom pages (certifications, security practices, etc.)
  5. Click Publish

Your Trust Center goes live at chosen domain.

Best Practices

  1. Update quarterly — Refresh compliance scores, audit status
  2. Be transparent — Show real scores, not inflated
  3. Provide proof — Link to actual certifications, reports
  4. Make it searchable — Use keywords customers look for (SOC 2, GDPR, ISO, etc.)
  5. Enable feedback — Add contact form for customer questions
